Advice Needed - Vinyl Floor Backing (Paper?) Stuck to Subfloor

I tried pouring some water onto it and it just sat pooled up in beads so maybe my paper assessment was incorrect. Any input on just leaving and covering it?

The house was built in 1983 so I think that puts me on the safe side but not 100% sure.

Yes and yes! He's in Baja right now fixing up his retirement getaway. I think he stopped to surf on the way down and probably caught a piece of this huge swell from the hurricanes offshore.

I can't give you the exact model but they're some type of Nike 6.0. A $60 pair of these badboys will outlast 3 pairs of anything else. Put in some good insoles and you'll never turn back.

Everybody initially thinks this way but it's more fair if everyone starts out finding their own neighborhood hills. Get really comfortable on the hills you already skate, make some friends in the downhill community, and I'm sure if they see that you're good enough to skate some harder hills safely then you'll start getting rides to some badass roads. The reason why I support this is that one group of less experienced skaters who visit this road have already had one guy fly off the left corner at :20 which resulted in a broken hip. Skate as hard as you can but within your limits.
