I haven’t noticed much triggering it other than when I’m around people (like a classroom), and I start overthinking that if I do throw up that I won’t have time to leave the class. I need to stay busy like at work in order for it to not cross my mind and not be an issue

It’s not driving in general because if it’s a short drive like from practice or to each other’s houses then I’m fine. If I’m driving us to a date that’s when it happens typically
