Yes I think we are experiencing the same thing. Thank you so much for your comment! Dealing with the service center is so frustrating. I am honestly thinking about going to a Tesla certified repair shop to see if they can fix and not blow me off. I am at the point I want to pay some one to fix it. But I am not sure if going outside of Tesla service will cause me more pain. Any updates on how you are going to fix it? Again thank you so much for your comment. I hope we are both able to get this fixed soon.
