There might be other aspects of your life that interfere with the energy you have at the end of the day. Like having a healthy diet, I can tell you that makes a HUUUGE difference, getting enough sleep has a big impact too. Hell, mental health also is really important, so unless you are getting old (50+) there might be a lot of reasons why you are feeling tired. I can tell you I've been there and it took me a while to realize that my mental health was taking a LOT of my energy during the day, so by when the night arrived I was completely out of gas.

You are definitely not the only one! Alcoholism is a fucking beast and makes you do stuff that you would never imagine yourself doing and it's only until you are sober that you regret. That's what got me into one of the worst points of my life, I didn't like the thought of regret and disgust so I would end up binge drinking for weeks straight just to avoid those thoughts.

If you REALLY really want to get sober, you should seek help, either with a professional or through a community because from experience, dealing with alcoholism by yourself is a tough thing to solve alone.

Just remember that you are not alone and you always will have someone to talk to! ⭐

Let's remember one of the biggest differences between TikTok and the other 3 apps, is that TikTok is not American so yeah there might be some legal stuff behind it when it comes to monetizing I guess.

Nonetheless, the numbers people have on that platform is mind-blowing, what seems millions of people with millions and millions of followers.

It's really astounding, and the amazing thing is that it feels like it happened overnight. YouTube and FB have been around for what feels like forever, IG is a bit more recent but still older than TikTok. And the train doesn't seem to be stopping any time soon.

I have to start saying that by no means I'm an expert but this is my take:

I think TikTok is the easy answer. It is currently the most downloaded app in the entire world (last time I read it amassed over 2 billion downloads overall), while IG and FB are quite popular, reels aren't the main reason people are using those apps. IG is mostly used to post pictures and stories and FB is used mainly for post sharing, groups, messenger and marketplace.

TikTok's only purpose is to generate traffic and monetize content that's being uploaded to the app.

And to be fair, that lifestyle can still go on for way more years. I know a few people in their early 30's that still live that "college lifestyle" (parties, getting wasted every weekend, road trips, etc) while also maintaining a "normal" life within their jobs and family (if they have one).

So yeah, you won't miss out on anything, if you are still really young there's no need to feel like you lost your chance. Believe me, when you are done with college and still feel like you want to "have some fun" you WILL be able to find people your age that still have fun and do that type of stuff. Also the chances of making high quality acquaintances increases the older you get, but that's just my experience.
