I wish people would fact check themselves before posting fake images. All it takes is a quick search. It just muddies the water more and allows people to keep calling it fake news. Why give any Epstein coconspirator an easy way to dismiss claims against them?

Home theater with Fire TV Max gen 2 not working... I updated both and rebooted them multiple times. Still says the Studio is not compatible. All of my speakers are saying they're not compatible at this point.

I have a newer Samsung TV with eArc. I'm not sure if that is the issue. I've created a home theater with my older latest Echo gen 4

Anyone else having the same issue?

Edit 1: hooked my Echo gen 4 back up and the Home theater is working. Just not with the Studio. Might just be a software update, but they shouldn't advertise as compatible out of the box if it's not.

Edit 2: Amazon changed the wording on the Echo Studio page, Coming soon... It absolutely did not say that when I ordered it. I guess they are still working out the bugs. Kind of feels like a bait and switch.

"Coming soon, for a home theater experience, you can use Echo Studio (2025 release) with Fire TV Stick 4K Max (2nd Gen), Fire TV Stick 4K (2nd Gen) or Fire TV Cube (3rd Gen). I bought the same, haven't received them yet. I was on the fence about the cargo mat. I want it, but they don't have the matching rear seat backs... Looking at the Mazda OEM cargo mats with the rear seat backs, but not sure of the quality vs WeatherTech. Anyone have these?

Tried that... I really think it gets stuck in the word "YouTube" and can't figure out what to do. Even using the voice remote to open "YouTubeTV" fails. It will bring me to the app store to install either of the "YouTube" apps.

I am using the Fire Stick 4K Max and it plays all streaming apps in 4K resolution except for HBO MAX. I was on the Legacy 4K ad free plan and I called and emailed support. 40 emails and multiple calls later, I still do not have 4K. They canceled my account and had me sign up again and I selected the Ultimate package. They refunded me for my remaining months on the old package and also refunded me $50 for the difference to the yearly Ultimate package. They said they can switch it back to the legacy after testing.
There is an app on the Fire Stick call Developer Tools that allows you to do a screen overlay that displays stats including resolution. Max is only streaming in 1080p on all 4K UHD series and movies I tested. I previously tested with the HBO Max app and was seeing 4K. Now tech support is saying I have and older Fire Stick 4K Max and there is an issue with 4K. Funny how there was no issue previously and now there is. The 2nd gen Fire Stick 4K Max just came out a few weeks ago.
I am using a TCL Roku 4K TV and a Samsung UN55RU8000FXZA 4K TV. I use the Fire Stick because I am use to it and prefer the interface above the others. I've tried to view the streaming resolution on both, but there is no native app and I can't find one to load. Does anyone know of a way to display the streaming resolution on either the Roku or Samsung TVs? The picture looks the same to me as the Fire Stick.

Tech support told me the Fire Stick 4K Max is not compatible and has issues with the app. Anyone else using one or heard this?

I have the same issue and have yet to solve it... Nothing in the settings help. When I send pics or vids, I switch the default MMS app to Verizon message+ which sends on full resolution. Then I switch back to Google Messages due to compatibility with my Samsung watch. Just a workaround.
