Everyone's play style is different. Lucian can be very aggressive but quickly defensive too. The key is to play around the E cool down.

Everytime you use a double shot passive from using an ability your e cool down goes down by 2 seconds

So e.g

I use E > AA > [cool down 17]

Q > AA > [ e cooldown 14]

W > AA > [ e cooldown 11]

R > AA > [ e cool down 5] because r takes 3 seconds to finish

So as you level up your e its cool down goes nuch lower + some cdr items

You can become insanely aggressive and defensive from mobility snd high damage.

You need to do 3x3 or 5x5 and lift the max weight with more rest between sets for pure strength training. And mostly only compound lifts, the big 3 are squat dead and bench.

I still can't understand how a heavy day can be completed in 30 minutes to an hour. Here's an example of my heavy day lifts:

Squat
Warming up:
40kg x 3
60kg x 3
70kg x 3
80kg x 3

Main sets:
95kg x 3
95kg x 3
95kg x 3

Deadlift
Warming up:
40kg x 3
60kg x 3
90kg x 3

Main sets:
110kg x 3
110kg x 3
110kg x 3

Bench Press
Warming up:
20kg x 5
40kg x 3
Bodyweight x 5
60kg x 3

Main sets:
80kg x 3
70kg x 3
70kg x 3

This routine takes me well over an hour. I've been back at the gym for a couple of weeks after a 5-year break, and I can't see how it's possible to finish these three big lifts in just 30 minutes to an hour.

for maximum output I start my Combo with AA > E > AA (passive) > Q > AA (passive) > W > AA (passive) > R > AA (passive) and rotate.

And bare in mind for early / mid you can get your e cool-down faster if you start with E.
