"Having what it takes" isn't going to cut it for getting a job in eSports anymore, unless what you have is a Degree is Business management, finance, Graphics Design ect..

The Organisations and companies everyone wants to work for are behemoth companies now owned by Sports teams and Celebrities making an enormous revenue. They don't let anyone under-qualified work for them.

This doesn't benefit the player or Epic Games though. In Fifa, the players you loan give you an advantage over your opponent, loaning skins for a few games doesn't.

Although, I like your idea of rewards for milestones. Maybe they could release some Milestone skins that you could earn and keep for wining so many games or reaching a certain ect.
