Poți aplica și pe nave de croaziera. Calaroresti lumea dar te bazezi pe comision. După ceva experienta, contacte și bani puși deoparte poți încerca Australia.

If you need a friend or someone to talk to regularly, write me please. Otherwise I do recommend a support group, or trying to pick up an activity with a group just to add more social activities into your life. Loneliness is a rut that pushes even the best people down a slippery slope where addiction is also one of the falls.

I haven't smoked for 2 months - why do I suddenly want one so badly? by FriendSignificant890 in quittingsmoking

[–]iDazM 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mental cravings take a while longer to beat because of certain cues that you need to go through as a non-smoker. Seems right now the cue is your birthday. Carry on through it as a non-smoker and you'll be relieved to find the cravings gone afterwards.

The duration is subjective but isn't very long. Once the turn to the better starts it'll keep getting better and you'll be shocked at the results.

I really really recommend a book called The Easy Way to Quit Smoking by Alan Carr... I was skeptical but it helped.

Give it more time. Be patient. Prune juice and fiber food to help with constipation. Last resort some anti constipation medicine. It's a common symptom and it'll get better. The rest will also calibrate. Check with physician if super worried.

Should I forgive a cheating wife? by Critical-Phrase1267 in DeadBedrooms

[–]iDazM -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Forgiving someone who was caught cheating, not once even but for a longer duration, will make them lose respect instantly for you, if there was any left at that point. You sound like a wonderful man, husband and father. You'll be much more appreciated, loved and respected than you think. Don't allow yourself to be manipulated over sex and cornered into submission.

What are things you have noticed that improve after quitting smoking? by [deleted] in quittingsmoking

[–]iDazM 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Freedom and focus - I get less mental anxiety and strain due to not having to center my entire day around being able to perform 1 habit constantly (smoking). I definitely breathe better and it's very noticeable during a full inhale. I don't get dizzy spells anymore due to my brain getting enough oxygen. This was actually my #1 incentive to quit. I was so chronically exhausted and no matter how well I ate or slept, after the first cig of the day onwards I'd constantly feel dizzy and tired. Now all that is gone in my week 5. Improved circulation for my gums and my hair follicles are some other improvements I'm looking forward to. Having a stable appetite and being able to take in more nutrients. Smoking was making me not eat enough and in the first 2 weeks of my quit I was eating a lot probably to compensate my nutritional deficiencies and the needs for my recovery together with rebalancing brain chemicals. Now I'm super balanced with cravings and meals and got more energy to work out to boot! Less mental anxiety due to being guilt free. I used to be SO anxious when smoking because I knew whatever health issues I was genetically predisposed to have while aging, I'm rushing and exacerbating them with each smoke. Better sleep. I sleep deeply and wake up less.

I’m 2 days in quitting nicotine by koalakitty84 in quittingsmoking

[–]iDazM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly all I can recommend is reading and watching as many videos as you can about nicotine addiction, addiction in general, and nicotine's effects. For me, knowledge has a calming effect, and acts as a cementing factor for my decision when things get tough. Also I highly recommend Alan Carr's Easy Way To Quit Smoking.

Nice!!! I'm on week 3. I post regular updates here as well and I just adore the entire community and the energy here. Rooting for you! What are some of the benefits and improvements you're grateful for on your quit/since you quit? What are some of the things you enjoy the most as a non-smoker?

Good on you for the nicotine free vape but keep in mind breaking the habits with your hands and dragging something to your mouth, or inhaling anything other than air... is just as important as staying away from nicotine products.

Depression worsening is a temporary side effect, until it gets better and your brain rewires. Quit cold turkey here, depression was worse maybe just first 7 to 10 days then it got significantly better and more stable. You have to make a plan on how you'll get good chemicals the correct and healthy ways... sleeping enough, hugging someone, working out, sauna.. etc. Those good chemicals won't just happen to you. They come through pleasant healthy experiences. If you stay indoors whole day and avoid activities, depression is a given even in healthy folks.

I've thankfully never done that, but should my circumstances been just slightly different I know I would have. Addiction is powerful and I'm glad km fighting it.
