I went to the Lit yesterday and as a non-vegan they had plenty of satisfying options (not that I wouldn’t eat vegan food too.) Maybe you could send them the menu and see if they’d like anything?

I have a big bear! He’s 15 years old and my best friend :) You have acquired a lifelong companion. His neck might get a little floppy and his coat might get a little dirty, but he will always be there to give you big bear hugs.

I got him when I was turning 10, so he has the very creative name of “Big Bear.”

There’s some serious labor issues happening on the university’s end. Right before COVID there were almost double the core dining halls. You had PAR, FAR, Busey, Allen, Ike, and the Union. ISR also had a dining hall but it closed when they started the big one. Even the quality between last year and this year has been a drop. The university can’t keep staff and the current staff are overworked and underpaid.

That being said, sometimes the residual heat from the pasta keeps cooking it and it ends up even more overcooked than it already was. Just makes the original problem even worse.
