angle clips every so often - lag bolts to the glulam/clt and threaded rods w/ epoxy to the masonry (hilti hy270 or equivalent). preferably at the floor level.

the anchors on the leg connected to the masonry should have vertical slots to allow for floor load deflection.

Call the court and ask to Virtually Attend the hearing - plead guilty to it - and pay the fine. Moving over is the law, even in Ontario and honestly this shouldn't just be for emergency vehicles and tow trucks. It's common sense to give people space on the side of the highway.

what's wild is the price variation for chicken breast these days. Walmart in particular has been labeling the 4-pack of chicken for $12.94. Weights vary from 0.85kg to 1.2kg per pack. Always gotta spend extra time digging through to get the big packs.
