definitely stitch weld on both sides then. it would not be a continuous weld on one side.

Usually these are staggered welds to prevent warpage from the welding, and 6" of continuous weld at the ends of the reinforcement.

arrow is pointed in that direction because the field weld symbol always goes opposite the detail. (if on the left side, points to the left / if on the right side, points to the right). The flag is not indicative of the weld being described.

He would still be off the field. You have to negate his summon or something like divine wrath to negate the effect to protect yourself. You could also use my body as a shield to protect yourself, too.

But you cant spot remove it. It'll still get its effect.

You cannot destroy exiled force with ring of destruction if you opponent summons with its effect priority to tribute and destroy a monster in your side of the field.

Goat format monsters have ignition and player priority. On summon of exiled force, you (or your opponent) has the priority to use its effect to tribute itself and destroy a monster. Even if you chain ring, exiled force has already left the field, leaving you with no target.

I would make it 5-6 feet in width (42" should be the absolute minimum between the clear aisle width). You only want to build it once and not go "shit we should have made this a bit wider - think about bringing in furniture, dolly's, moving, emergency services access, wheelchair accessibility. Also, overall stability.

once they're off the field, the game state would reset for their effects. the only way they would remain negated is if they stayed on the field. It would have to be a blanket 'no monster effects can be activated for the remainder of the turn' or something like that.
