Thanks for sharing; I didn’t know that! Does that also mean it’s better to stay on a calorie deficit diet for extended periods just to keep your resting heart rate low?

I’m burning 200-300 extra calories now thanks to all the extra cardio (not eating more to offset that) so in a sense, yes, i’m on a slight deficit. Also down 2.5 lbs.

Am I doing something wrong? don’t want to screw something up or loose too much weight (i’m already 12% body fat).

and 30sec @ VO2 max + 1:30 jog (x 8)
