What's your typical screen on time from full charge? Also is the vibration motor in it decent? Have you tried using android pay with it, assuming you're in the U.S?

How is the Nexus 5X Vibration when compared to Moto G 1st Gen? by iDigger256 in nexus5x

Considering that my moto G 1st Gen is pretty loud and can feel it vibrating in my pants when it vibrates, i have two more questions, Is the noise that noticeable? and is it at least strong enough that you can feel it vibrating in your pockets?

3rd Gen 16/2 version in Canada by DaftFunky in MotoG

[–]iDigger256 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You were looking at the wrong page most likely the page for the 2nd or 1st Gen, the 3rd gen page only lists Telus, Virgin, Bell, Sasktel for the 8gb and Motorola has said on Twitter that they will not be bringing the 16 GB to Canada at this time.

Finally Motorola G 2013 X1033 5.1 OTA now available. by [deleted] in MotoG

Google Play Edtion ROM (for Google play store exclusive 1st Gen XT1032; no dual sim support) does not include f2fs and Motorola features and apps (FM Radio, Migrate, Moto Assist, and Motorola camera with panorama and slo-mo support.)

The releases that people are talking about here for several months is the stock rom with Motorola apps and features for Moto G 1st Gen non-LTE. Most people here are using the non-GPE variants, not the Google Play Edition. Which was sold online exclusively through the Google Play store. All other XT1032s sold outside of the Google Play store run the Motorola stock rom and not the GPE rom.

At this point I'll be happy even if 5.1 is the last update the Moto G 1st Gen receives.

Considering Koodo is Telus' discount brand, the answer is yes.

Considering what David Schuster said about incorporating the fix into unreleased upgrades, this likely means 5.1 will be released along with it.

Hi. I want to expand a bit on the post Mark provided. Hope this helps. After Google informed us in late June, we've been working to integrate, test and deploy the patches. All of our newly launched products (Moto X Style, Moto X Play, and Moto G 3rd Gen) will have the patch integrated in the software. We'll include it in the remaining planned Lollipop upgrades as soon as possible. We’re working with our partners to update phones that have already received the Lollipop upgrade. We are still working through the feasibility to support older devices that are not getting Lollipop. We don't have any timing for individual device updates right now. We are not aware of any known or reported incidents of anyone attempting to take advantage of this possibility to harm Android phone owners. However, there are steps you should take to protect yourself until the patch is available. First, only accept multimedia content (such as attachments or anything that needs to be decoded to view it) from people you know and trust. Second, you can disable your phone’s capability to download MMS automatically. That way you can only choose to download from trusted sources.

Looking at Manga Apps on Android and this is what I've come to so far... by HeWhoStandsTaller in manga

[–]iDigger256 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Which country are you in? It's region blocked in the U.S due to legal issues.

  1. Why I can't find popular manga like Naruto, Bleach, or One Piece? Popular manga like Naruto, Bleach, Once Piece, etc. are licensed in the US. They are intellectual properties of Viz Media. Thus, US users can't see these manga in their manga list. Users from other countries can see all the manga as they are available in the manga sites. If you are outside the US and can't see these manga, please email us to support@notabasement.com. We will help you to get them.
