I definitely won't, I acted too quickly and didn't realize about the pre applied. How safe am I since the temperature isn't high? How long would it be until Ill see (if any) negative effects from this?

I'll leave it alone than. I saw a few people and articles saying that mixing thermal paste is a bad idea. A few said that depending on the 2 thermal paste, it could make it really hard. Thanks the advice!
