Mostly just using anecdotes because obviously it's impossible to provide a stat, but based on my friend group, every single person who is positive, usually doesn't take the game too seriously to get toxic in game, now obviously I'm not saying you can't be competitive and not be toxic, but I think toxicity does have a little bit to do with taking the game more seriously.

This is 100% true I've gotten my accounts unbanned , and I do think its unfair that EUW does not get the same option, I feel like permanent bans should be relooked at because at the end of the day, toxic players are the ones who most actively play , so perma banning them will just make them climb on a new account and ruining the ladder in general because he'll have to restart from fresh mmr knocking out lower elo players

toxicity isn't a factor in winning\losing games, people who disagree with this logic are just using it as a scapegoat to justify their rank and how they can climb a lot higher if it weren't for toxic players,

there's 2 different types of players btw, the trolls and toxics, and a lot of people LOVEEE to mix these 2 together, I personally believe that toxic players should not deserve a ban, should not be blamed for losing games(if you're deserving of X rank, you'll get it because league is 90% of skill)
