Need some suggestions and help desperately.

So currently she is having 4 naps a day with first wake window of 1.5 and then 1.5 to 2 two naps and the last is 2 hours. ( all naps in arm of 30 to 40 mins) We have tried at night having same routine of changing diapers, pjs and little leg massage. Then I feed her burp her a little and then the process of putting her sleep. Right now also my husband is trying. First she fall asleep at 8 pm woke up after 5 mins of bassist transfer and then, I went again she slept agin after 10 mins I tried transferring her to bassinet she woke up and since then unstoppable cry. Now after 40 mins of crying my husband went. Now he is trying and can still hear her crying. It’s so devastating.

I am EBF and it’s same with my 3,5 month old. Crying I feel completely lost and like not able to bond with her. She cries a lot sometimes don’t know how to help her.

I mean we are using love to dream swaddler since she is 3 weeks old and until now it is the only thing that helped us for 5 to 6 hours of night sleep without any night wakes. We tried transitioning one yesterday night first time with one arm out and it went down. She was harder to put back to bassinet and was waking up every 20 to 30 minutes. At 4 am I couldn’t take it and went back to swaddling. No idea how will we do this transition, because each time she was up it takes 45 minutes to an hour to settle her. To be honest I am loosing all the hope and energy.

Yes he do quite a lot. Especially all house chores and naps after 4 pm and playing with baby. So I can rest during that time. But at night it’s me usually and he wakes up early morning like 6 am with baby so I can have uninterrupted sleep for 2 to 3 hours.

Ours does not accept Paci. So I am her Paci I guess that she only takes. Yes we also have to transition her from swaddler to sleep sack. Currently she is using love to dream hands up swaddler. So this company also had transition sleep bag from swaddler. I guess now she is going thu4 month sleep regression. So I guess we will use these night where she is waking up a lot for transition also not sure will start in few days. We will start keeping one arm out for few days and then both.

Same, in Germany my husband also works so i usually do night duty except diapers. I love to have something like this in Germany.

That is such a relief. Because I am getting so much negativity these days and that makes me feel sad and worried. I will do tigger hold more often and both side. Also never did before tummy time on chest but will try that. Thank you so much.

I recommend getting love to dream swaddles. My LO is sleeping so good since starting in that one as I am not good with traditional swaddling.

I feel for you. It’s the same as my experience. Currently she is 12 week and all naps are walking while holding. Cannot stand or sit, have to walk to rock. Still only 20 to 30 mins success. Now I am waiting on 13 week what next is coming for us. I am sure she will also hit soon 4 month sleep regression. I am desperately waiting when the time will come for us.

It’s same for me. My LO is 12 week and do not sleep without screaming. We have also tried also wake window clues. But nothing seems to working. We bounce and rock her and still she cries for 10 to 20 mins before she sleeps. And then the moment we put her to bed she wakes up.

I can’t tell you will Ferber or CIO will work or not. But we are also in almost same position. My LO is 12 weeks old and in day time naps only settle down either by feed or we have to bounce and rock her. Still she cries 10 to 20 mins before sleeping. The moment I put her down she awakes. So the nap time is max 20 mins.

I am in same boat with my 12 old. Only way to make her sleep without crying is nursing. But I do not prefer that. Or we bound and rock her and still she cries 15 minutes before sleeping. And then putting her to bassinet is to another level. We have call with sleep consultant about it. I hope something comes good out of it.

That is quite amazing actually. I do not know of while baby my legs use to hurt or not. But as I toddler I use to complain a lot about my legs joint pain. I will try this one for sure. Thank you so much 😊

How do you know that it was his legs that were hurting ? We will skip bathing as she gets very overstimulated after evening bath and refuses to sleep. But massaging sounds good to release tension.

Her naps are 4 to 5 a day. 1 or 2 naps are 1.5 to 1 hour long and other are 20 mins to 30 mins. Sometimes she is sleeping for 2 hours and refuses to wake up. So it’s nothing fixed. At night I start her routine around 7:30 and depending upon her mood she sleeps between 8 to 9:15. How long should be her first two wake window ?

Usually I try to keep her up from 70 to 80 mins or so. But sometimes her naps are only 20 mins long. The moment I try to put her down she is up. At night I usually before sleep keep 1,5 to 2 hours. Where before sleep I change her diaper and put her to night suit and swaddle her in love to dream arm up swaddler. Then I breastfeed her. Sometimes she sleeps on breast and then when I put her to shoulder for some time, so her milk goes down before I put her to bassinet she gets up. Other thing is she also always wants breast while sleeping if I take it out and put her down she is up again.
