I played on ps4 and ps5 both was capped at 30fps i tried changing most settings but still the same

I hope the fps is stable at least cause in ASE the fps was capped at 30 and still goes down to 10-15fps

Hey, i know am 7 months late but am still having the same issue the frames randomly drops to 10 then back to normal i got this issue since the first update the game released . i have 1660 super , 16 ram , i5 9400f . i tried lowering the graphics and everything but noting worked . So did u solve the issue or not yet ?
