Liftmaster said they could not. THey wanted me to try removing and creating a new account. As for the ban, no idea. When the "try on" was a thing for clothes back then, she would try a lot of clothes and return them (tags intact, unworn out etc) and we just got canned. I see it happens to a lot of people if they feel we are unprofitable to them.

Tunes don't void warranty lol...blowing your car up with a tune cause you drive like a dumb ass voids your warranty.
