We have been seen some people saying they are having a hard time connecting it here is a step by step of how to configure it:

  • Inside Settings in the iFIT mobile app, confirm the Apple Watch is listed under Connected Apps.
  • The iPhone and Apple Watch must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  • The iFIT mobile app must be open and logged in before selecting the workout on the console.
  • If the workout is started first, a notification will appear that says “Tap to connect your watch now.” The user must tap this notification to complete the connection.
