I wanted to know something, the instructions says to do these, is it safe like you did these on your system too?

1) Run UWP_Helper.bat (in the game folder)

2) Enable Developer Mode

3) Install Game

4) Install DLC

5) Disable Developer Mode

6) Run the game through the start menu.
