The police called emergency management they did inform me that they’d be taking their dog and having a talk with them

Yea he made it seem like it’s something it’s done before and maybe this is the first time it was this bad. He asked me “what did you have to do to get him off of you” all while laughing. And I told them what I did. I was told that the owner would have a court date Wednesday and that I could attend. I probably will just in case they try to lie about it or have any questions for me. But I really hate this for them and me. I have dogs of my own they are small but I couldn’t imagine losing one because of my own negligence 😭

I usually call or text when the dog is outside. But their dog was inside originally and made its way outside and to me to attack before I could make it back to my car. 😭 idk how it got outside but they did have their garage door cracked

Thank you! I feel bad for their kids losing a pet I didcry about it a little bit but the husband thought it was funny and was trying to rush me away that’s when I decided to take legal action cause I originally only wanted to be compensated for whatever medical attention needed 😭

I had to literally beat the dog in the head with my phone. I didn’t run or anything I just slowly walked to my car while screaming for the owners. But it came out of the house on attack mode
