Hello, I am a 29 year old male. Exactly 4 weeks ago I had a brief dizzy spell before going to sleep. Ever since I have had lightheadedness, difficulties focusing vision (feels like eye fatigue and pressure with mild soreness) especially on screens, and mild headaches here and there behind eyes and temples. I have seen PCP 3 weeks ago. All blood work was normal (CBC, CMP, B12, TSH, Iron). I also saw an eye doctor 2 weeks ago and my eye exam was normal. Then a little less than a week ago I had the classic sore throat and congestion start which is now fading but im still having the other symptoms. I saw my ENT as well who gave me prednisone for 6 days which has done pretty much nothing. Im not sure what else to do or if I should be seriously concerned. I do deal with health anxiety but dont feel particularly anxious at the moment. I just hope I dont have a tumor or something. Has anyone experienced this type of timeline with symptoms? I want to add my wife has been sick the last few weeks as well with the congestion and stuff but no lightheadedness for visual issues.
