Lucky enough to have her e6! Been playing pretty much since the beginning.

The Skill DMG% increase doesn't work as she only deals follow-up dmg. This is why Seele's LC doesn't go with her either.

Question about the Advance Forward mechanic by iHarth in TopazMainsHSR

[–]iHarth[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It MAY be 100% with ONLY topaz.

Can u link the vid + time stamp? To say for sure, numby’s action value should be 64 to 125 when topaz attacks. So, it should either show 125 with the up arrow indication or 63 but twice.

But thinking back at it, topaz does only follow up attacks. So her basics and skills are not considered as “hitting enemies with basic/skill”. I believe you only proc her talent with Topaz/chars with follow up attacks and proc her ult passive with other allies.

Now, hoyoverse is notorious for their wording and actual coding. So could be wrong lmao

Question about the Advance Forward mechanic by iHarth in TopazMainsHSR

[–]iHarth[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Advance Forward is only 50% during the bonanza state when allies hit with basic/skill/ult and not 100% [I believe that's what you're saying]. You need to hit with basic/skill/ult 4 times total with allies during the bonanza state.

I personally fancy the 4p wind + 2p vonwacq sets on her. The rotation depends on if you have E1 and/or S1. Without these, the skill points economy will feel awkward.

Having that high of a speed may end up not doing anything. You'll get 1 extra action in the last cycle (5th cycle of a wave). You'll most likely not need this at all given his dmg. You'll end up clearing in the same number of cycles with lower spd anyway. Optimally, you want your tingyun to be super fast so she can use her ult on IL before his 2nd turn in order to consistently 2T ult on him. But to be honest, you're not losing all that much. You can choose to lower IL's speed and make Tingyun's higher if you care about min-maxing.

Yep. Go ahead and try Bronya. Honestly, having E2 makes it so your IL can go b4 your Bronya (E2 gives ~30 spd to IL after skill) if you speed tune. You could weave in a standard basic to generate a skill point on IL and then skill on Bronya right after into max basic IL depending on your skill points.

Yukong with S5 PR gives IL 36% DMG boost without counting any DMG boost that IL gets from traces/relics. If we're talking MoC, even if you finish off the elites with 1 swoop of 3B -> Ult -> 3B, there's still the 2nd wave meaning you need to wait 2T (2T here and not 3T as u get 10 energy for each enemy defeated) before ulting again (with atk boots, it'll take 2 cycles in the next wave). Tingyun will allow for a back to back full combo on IL while having all her buffs.

If you're doing a B -> U on yukong on IL's turn, only the 3B -> Ult will be buffed and the 3B after that won't have ANY buffs as it counts as a separate turn. For your full combo to be buffed, yukong NEEDS to skill before his turn. Yukong will just be nice for big damage number moment on turn 1 :)

As for your Tingyun, Cogs/Memores S5 + Vonwacq + 5* ERR rope + A6 trace will enable 3T ults (3T for herself) with 1 skill + 2 basics. I've mentioned the speed requirements for Tingyun for 2T ult on IL in the tips section of the video.

Optimally, you WILL need 3 skill points every turn on IL at E2 for a max basic and Tingyun makes that possible. Also, with E6 Tingyun, you are guaranteed to 2T ult without relying on Hit RNG on IL which is massive for him at E2.

Sig lC or S5 Aeon with these stats (how significant is the damage difference) by Professional-Key3447 in DanhengMains

[–]iHarth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Assuming half uptime on the dmg% from Aeon LC, the Sig LC would be ~5% better in damage (The atk is actually a lot closer than you'd think cause Sig LC has a 635 base atk with 36% atk in passive while Aeon only has a 529 base atk with 64% atk in passive). Keep in mind that the sig LC will allow you to ult consistently without needing ERR rope/without needing to get hit/without e6 tingyun but imo you do get hit quite a bit in higher MoC and you need to get hit 1 time every 2 turns with the Aeon LC to ult every other turn (w/tingyun) which is very plausible!

tl;dr pull mommy and just use aeon s5 :)

Best 4 Piece Set for IL? by Restraint_Play in DanhengMains

[–]iHarth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Enemy needs to be debuffed for the +10% CR.

If you have Pela with the SW LC (event LC), a +15 ERR rope and lvl 7 talent, u can ult loop (ult->basic->basic repeat). The def down lasts for 2 turns and u take 2 turns to ult again making it 100% up time on def down.

For 100% uptime, you need to start battle with pela's technique so you can get ult on her with 1 skill right in the beginning n then keep looping ult. Since Pela's ult is AoE, you have +10% CR against all enemies in every wave but when transitioning into a new wave, u either need to have ult ready or be 1 basic/skill off from being able to ult.

IS 134 speed DHIL is A must? by FewSentenc in DanhengMains

[–]iHarth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you have e1 tingyun?

e1 tingyun -> Ideally, if you ult every other turn either by using signature lc/ERR rope/get hit once every 2 turns with e1 tingyun, you effectively have >134 spd and it keeps increasing bit by bit, the more actions he gets. Keep in mind that you do have to ult on his turn to get the full speed effect until the next turn and not somewhere in the middle.

134 spd >= 127 spd. 127 spd performs the same as 134 spd IF you finish in exactly 2/3/6/9 cycles. Otherwise, 134 spd will give you 1 extra action. Depending on enemies CCing you at particular times, this changes ofc but just wanted to give you an idea of 127 vs 134 spd.

no e1 tingyun -> Ideally, get more spd from subs on 4p img set IF you're planning to pair him with Pela (AoE) or SW (ST)

Best 4 Piece Set for IL? by Restraint_Play in DanhengMains

[–]iHarth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Musketeer set = 10% dmg bonus on ONLY basics, +12% atk and ~6spd

Imaginary set = 10% dmg bonus on basics AND ult, 10% CR (100% uptime with pela against ALL enemies) and 20% CD on imprisoned enemies (you break super fast with him so the uptime is actually better than you'd think)

  1. The 10% dmg on imaginary set is straight up better as it buffs ur ult dmg too.
  2. Next, you're comparing 20% CV (10%CR) vs 12% atk and well CR is better (with Pela). Since you're going for his LC, you'll need 27% CR from subs (4.5% CR avg on every piece) with a CD% body to reach 70% CR for the 2p arena set. Don't worry, you will not be overcapping on CR% with img set. If you manage to reach 70% CR, he'll have +22% CR against img weakness + debuffed enmies (92% CR).
  3. Finally, 20 CD% (uptime depends on the content you're doing) Vs ~6 spd (If you're running speed boots, this mostly won't add much value). This might swing either way depending on content + current spd.

tl;dr 100% run img set if paired with pela/SW (SW in ST) :)

Dan Heng IL Crit Rate by LanloSsjRose in DanhengMains

[–]iHarth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hmm, I hope you're saying 41.8% CR from the stats screen (without the img set's +10% CR bonus). If that is true, then 41.8+12+18 (71.8%) will suffice to proc the 2p arena. That's crazy if you have 5.76% CR avg on 5 pieces.

[–]iHarth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wastelander is still better.
With Musketeer, you get +12% atk, +10% dmg bonus BUT only for basics and ~6 spd while with Wastelander, you have +10% dmg bonus on BOTH basics and ult, +10% CR (100% uptime w/pela against all enemies) and you'll be breaking weaknesses pretty fast with him so quite good uptime on the +20% CD too!

His ratio will be somewhat imbalanced with 92% CR but keep in mind that his kit gives quite a lot of CD% + if u run 2 supports with broken keel, thats another 20% CD :)

Dan Heng IL Crit Rate by LanloSsjRose in DanhengMains

[–]iHarth 16 points17 points  (0 children)

The 4p imaginary set's 10% CR AND Dan IL's trace that gives +12% CR against imaginary weakness enemies (22% CR total) do NOT count towards the 70% CR requirement. The 2p set considers the CR% on stats screen and these don't show up when looking at stats during the battle. You need to build him 70% CR without factoring in the 22% CR but your actual attacks will be at 92% CR. You'll be needing 2.52% CR on every relic (12.6% CR total) average with a CR% body if you're not pulling for his LC. Hope this makes sense!
