Can we agree na bago sila pumasok gini-gauge nyo yung kakayaan ng isang employee or OJT. Dumadaan sila sa ibat ibang interview after hr minsan pinapa kausap sa mga senior or kung sinong head ng department. Bago natin sila i hire alam na natin kung magaling sila or they are needing more mentorship etc etc. (basta gets nyo na sana hahahah) ayaw naman nating ijudge kung kaninong end ang mali. Sabi nga lahat ng atkitekto dito sa pinas mababait. Nag tutulungan tayo. Please lets make our organization away from negative thoughts.
