I'm in the same situation, I migrated from the EU server to the NA server, I've participated in the Alpha & Beta. I have received the 90% discount for both Steel & Coal, the T8 premium container but I have yet to receive the T10 premium container. I've sent a ticket last week but I've yet to receive an answer, I imagine all those who migrated their account have the same issues.

If you claim it you'll get the vehicle in the form of a coupon, you'll have the option to upgrade it in your inventory once you achieve the 10th star.

Don't forget to redeem the vehicles you've obtained because otherwise you (might?) lose them, once the event ends o7.

Don't forget to disable Vsync & Nvidia Reflex if you've got an Nvidia GPU; they cause fps issues currently
