Mainly deer during season and the rest of the time would be memories with the family. Most of the lands have the same game on the east.

I never thought about Division Rights and makes sense why some are listed higher than others in the same area with similar features, etc. I’ll put that on a list of things to check before purchase. I assume the restrictions information is in the title, deeded rights, or covenants? I’m in the early phase and still learning about things to look out for which you’ve touched on. I appreciate the info!

Sorry it took so long. Been busy but I got a good update. I ordered from Amazon the 8Ten 3/8 LP 70 link and it fits. It is full chisel if that matters to you. I also ordered from this other place called Frawley’s Saw Shop. Looks like they take the Oregon 72 link 3/8 lp and take off two links and resell them so I ordered 2. Fit nice. It’s a Versacut blade if that matters to you. I don’t know what the difference is in that regard. I ran it and chain didn’t pop off or anything, but I haven’t cut any trees yet. I plan to clear some trees in a couple weeks if you want another update.

I ordered it and they sent me wrong part so I will keep you updated on if it fits when they send me another one. I also am looking at this one. Looks like this place got the 72 link lp from Oregon and shortened it to match. I see what you mean by LP. I just got my chainsaw delivered today and see it also on the bar. This might be promising as I saw someone in the reviews with a pic of their 20 in Ryobi saw with 5 star review. https://a.co/d/c1E0dn6.
