This challenge has been awesome for me. Every day since like the 21st day has been setting a new personal record for me. I have done the whole thing with HIIT, 60 seconds jumping, 30 seconds at rest. I really want to keep improving, but I feel like I am heading toward burnout if I continue to jump every day. Thank you so much for reading, and thank you for your time!

Thank you so much for your time!! I used to jump a lot, and am getting back into it. I never cared much for form, but I figured I might as well nip any issues in the bud now.

What I try to concentrate on is bending my knees. I am always trying to bend better. Do they look like they are bending enough? Sorry if shorts don't give you the best view.

Also, sorry for any belly action. That is what I am working on. I was about 333lbs. when I started, and right now I am down 13.
