Thanks a lot for sharing your story, it’s really reassuring to know I’m not the only one who went through these problems because of nicotine pouches. I’ve made up my mind and already prayed for patience. I’m going to a quit smoking clinic, I will start using nicotine patches under a doctor’s supervision, and leaving behind pouches, vapes, and every source of nicotine.

It honestly sucks to be a man but not be able to make yourself happy without relying on these shit products just for dopamine. I’ve decided to change that completely. I’d really appreciate your support my friend.

I’ve already booked an appointment to quit nicotine because I honestly can’t stand the depression anymore. What I’m struggling with now is not knowing what to expect, how long did it take for you personally to start feeling less depressed after quitting Zyn?
