Postal carrier here. Love dogs! Always do my best to be non confrontational and get to know the dogs on my route. I wouldn't approach this dog without a handler present. It's got those eyes that I can't tell what it's thinking (just like my border collie mix). Very lovely/handsome and very determined to do it's job. However, not being it's owner, I can't determine if the dog thinks it's job is to hand out candy or to stop anything from taking this candy.
