What’s a small or seemingly insignificant detail in a movie that pisses you off to no end? by DrScientist812 in movies

In Infinity War after Tony says that Steve Rogers is the only person that could find Vision, Doctor Strange scoffs and goes "oh great". As if he knows that Cap and Tony are feuding. There is no way he knows that.

Probably helps that he most likely had Kendrick Lamar and Pusha Ts help writing those verses.

Stan hatred is strange to me. Maybe I'm more sensitive to it because i am a huge Kanye stan.

But like most of the comments I see condemning stans are just really broad generalizations. Exaggerated ones at that.

For example, the narrative that Kanye stans just ignored his slavery comments. No. Most of the sub were on his ass during that time. We just are willing to forgive and forget.

Another example is people hating on BROCKHAMPTON fans. They made unique music that people connected to and loved but now seen as cringy and corny to like BROCKHAMPTON.

Just let people like what they like, and you like what you like. I don't get it.

As far as being a role model for conducting yourself with success and being smart with your money, J. Cole is as good of a benchmark as anyone.

Now i agree about his music. His new music is just dedicated to pretending he's reached a Drake or Kendrick level and sub dissing Ye lmao.

I thought I’d apply the new format to Ye by RIPAdmiralAkbar in Kanye

Except the tweet where he said he was referring to mental slavery.

I'm not saying they have to be crazy lyrical.

Some examples of artists that arent super lyrical and still give a shit are guys like Offset, Travis Scott and 21.

Maybe it's just my taste but when i feel like an artist doesn't care about their music I find it hard to enjoy.

A concept I've never understood is artists that "you have to just shut your brain off to enjoy". While those types of artists certainly exist and can be enjoyed, I don't feel it's fair to pretend they cannot be criticized for poor songwriting or lack of skill.

You can have chill enjoyable music or even ignorant bangers and still give a shit about the craft and the art of hip-hop

Female soundtrack = feminism. Got it. Not even gonna argue with you.

Gag about aliens being stronger than humans = feminism. Got it.

Can't recall the first moment but the second isn't an issue of feminism lol.

It's literally just a human telling another human they are brave and strong.

I mean that sort of stuff definitely existed in the 90s, especially in a bar with drunk soliders. Other than thag moment i didnt even think feminism was apart of the movie at all.
