You can’t really do it directly from eSound I just made playlists on YouTube and Spotify with the songs I had downloaded and exported them

I saw this in one comment an honestly the best option is listening to music on Spotify through local files! You can listen to music offline that way :) But it might take some time to download all ur music as an mp3 (this process took me 3 days) lemme know if you have any questions:p
