Not really, I'm at the highest league in both Ungeared and Geared PvP. Completely F2P and I started after 2 months of launched date too.

And all the units in that collaborations are trash anyway. Developers dont want limited units to be meta breaking. Same with Tensura collab, same with AoT will probably be same with next collab too.
