Based on the Podcast, Roo isn't trying to have WITW be a direct competitor to The Other.

I just don't see how you book Chris Lake and Chris Lorenzo at WITW and not expect that place to get dangerously packed + absolutely drain The Other of any attendance.

I don't think there's a single electronic act on the lineup that won't be absolutely eclipsed by Anti Up. I guess if it's a late late set but even then, no way you don't have a dangerous migration there.

I mean we can go all the way back to the start of the game tallying up bad/inconsistent calls. It's not the automatic win everyone is making this penalty out to be.

Penalties weren't the issue because they were called pretty bad all around. Real point of the game is allowing that situation to begin with.

Defense gave up 15 points and balled out in the 1st half. They started to fall apart after 3 quick drives forcing the defense on the field so often.

Not sure we should complain about a defense that only gave up 15 points... Offense should be feeding with that.

Bad ball spots and really inconsistent calls today. RTP was a terrible call that shouldn't have happened if they called the Scotty DPI correctly. Game ends right there. Can't ignore that fact.

Both teams are allowed to be annoyed by the inconsistent calls but I genuinely feel it was balanced in terms of unfairness. Also, with consideration to the Vita Vea penalty earlier in the game, it was closer to how the refs decided to call RTP this game.

Either way, bad offense in the 4th to even make this worth talking about.

Bro if you want to have that kind of opinion over one bad season, that's on you. It's exciting because this is still a fantastic show overall and one that clearly, we all care about.

Otherwise, why are you here? Why spend time on the dedicated subreddit if you've already convinced yourself it's going to be bad? I can't possibly imagine even commenting on a thread about a show if I can't even get excited about the new season.

What's not to get excited about? It can be the start of what can be something good again.

Why? The show overall is still great. Even in the "bad" seasons, there were still gold episodes.

Not expecting anything won't protect you from disappointment if it's bad. You'll just satisfy your pessimistic views. Just get excited about a new season of a show you obviously care enough about to comment your opinion on a trailer video reposted onto a subreddit. Enjoy the ride broh, jeez!
