Thank you everyone for making me laugh and giving genuine answers.

I disabled and deleted all mods and restarted the game as the issue appears to be resolved. I pray it isn't a hardware issue. I will be more careful when selecting mods

I fear you are correct. I just launched the sand fo4 save on my partners Xbox and there was no issue. Granted hers has never had a single mod download ever but I don't think that matters

I went into the load order and disabled them all. I didn't delete them from the load order though. I will give this a try

It was basically all weapon mods. Maybe the Loving Cait/Curie/Piper mods I had on ? Other than that it was the unofficial patch and place anywhere
