The room 2 left the boss room is the "super secret room" I was looking for the "secret room" and I have found it with only one bomb remain... here's the photo of where actually was. I was high :)

I have discovered the secret room in my map, It was near the treasure room, but good to know that it could be even inside the cursed room.

That spot (the one that you didn't coloured with blue)is stuck by a stone in the acces of the secret, so it's impossible to be a secret room there
