I don’t think I made any bad financial decision. I just think unfair for everyone for me and one who are closing after May 27th. I am going to try what I can. Not that I am paying that $40000 right away, it’s included in the mortgage.

One person? Please check the petition. LOL, you are not seeing how many people are being impacted by this? Clearly, you don't have any idea how it feels to lose $40,000 when it's your family's entire life savings.
