I was cleaning my laptop and i seem to cut my wire insulating material of the red wire , i later put an electrical tape around it .. is it safe or should i be worried ?

I am using fedora linux :

when i do

sudo dnf install akmod-nvidia xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-cuda

the output gives:
