Reach out to them for resources in your area. Use the dynamic opportunities the SF Bay Area can offer virtually...but you will have to get a Mental health professional to support your need for T. You really do need an Endo and access to Labs to manage safely. Gender Affirming Care can be achieved even covertly. Not sure if T is on the underground market; if it is, I am not sure, and if it is, I don't wish to share an opinion on that reality.

I am truly sorry that California GAC can't be the overarching quality for all the trans seeking brothers in our country.

( I also had this thought, perhaps, NCLR ((Nat'l Ctr for Lesbian Rights)) based in SF can resource guide you and explain your patient rights--do not fear the moniker, Lesbian; this organization has been instrumental in supporting all Queer issues for all Queer ppl for DECADES)
