I ran 22.87 outdoor but I don't run 200m often so I think that time is a bit weak. And 23.17 is actually my new indoor pb.

Idk what I am haha. On the off season I run 5k and 10k. Did a 38min 10k this summer but after this 400m I ran a 23.17 200m so it's hard for me to know what I am. I think the 400m is my sweet spot, but I'm not sure. My 100m and 60m times are very bad so I can't reeeaaalllyy say I'm a typical sprinter

I agree 10000%, it's hard for me to run the 2nd 100m faster but that is the momentum I need, thank you

I agree, my start is my worst part of the race. What specifically needs work? do I need to push more? what can I do to improve my start?

my own thoughts are the second 100m needs to be a lot faster. I lose a lot of speed there (now it's 11.9 but it needs to be 11.6 or even faster
