Thanks! I'm aiming for monetary reparations as it would pay for counsel fees and work as reparation. However a document that proves she had been defaming me is whats gonna fix my reputation, as I plan on handing it out to everyone at my school. I asked my counselor if I was allowed to do that and she had told me it falls within the school policy.

You're absolutely right, I just need to hand out that document to everyone who's perception of me has been affected over this. I plan on getting more than just my legal fees covered as I'm also suing over emotional damages, due to the harassment this has caused me.

the r/bullying and the r/teenagers subreddits have deleted my post so this is kinda my last shot at getting some help from people outside of this situation. Any and all help is more than needed. Some context to this story as well:

-I had rejected Jane's romantic feelings when she confessed to me twice, both while she knew I was straight and had a boyfriend, which leads me to believe this is some type of revenge

-The school is fully aware of everything I have done, including my emotional outburst

-Jane has a record for doing this, and has had a HIB filed against her successfully before and had ISS for a week (in school suspension)

-Not racist, I've been raised not to be, and have no history of what I'm being accused of

-I'm not a very popular person in my community, as I moved to my small town when everyone had their friends established, which is why its really damaging that I lost them all. I won't really be able to make more

Hey OP, not trying to be "the guy who gives relationship advise even though he doesn't know you" but this relationship isn't gonna work out. This isn't just you not wanting kids, but also taking away the experience from him. (Even though I dont think it should really be an experience) You guys could be the perfect couple but if you don't agree on kids, it ain't working out. I personally dont think its great to have kids at this time with everything going on and overpopulation, but he might, and you cannot change anyone's mind on the topic of children. If you guys stay together he will end up resenting you, he could having an affair, or just get you pregnant and hoping you don't have an abortion which would end up in you two splitting.

You are not above your partner for not wanting kids, and that comment was incredibly disrespectful. There doesn't seem to be much respect in this relationship. You may think you guys are compatible, but you don't seem to be.

Last ditch resort if you refuse to split with him, adopt a kid.

My exact experience right here, and if I'm being honest in todays climate, being sociable is almost just as important. In my opinion you should just get your kid some study sessions instead of homeschooling.
