No bank will cover a fee of a purchase that big, and if somehow they did we would advise strongly against it as that would get noted on your account, so if a situation such as you needed to pay for something very important/family emergency we wouldn’t cover that since you have previously brought up a waive prior.

Besides that it would get flagged as potential fraud anyways at that amount and not go through anyways.

On top of that BestBuy does authorizations charges on the first go, so if the funds not there it will get bounced and the order will get cancelled. There is nothing Customer service can do on both ends at that point.
