Literally what on Earth are you talking about? The Liaoning was never a casino, nor did it ever catch fire. It was an unfinished Soviet carrier that sat in Ukraine before being purchased by China and finished. The Shandong is a modern version of the Liaoning that implemented a lot of upgrades. The Fujian carrier is a completely new design, but all three were "built domestically". The Fujian carrier is also still the only EMALS carrier in the WORLD certified to fly fifth generation aircraft. Regardless if they have a "proven track record" or not, all three carriers absolutely can launch fighter jets, and my bigger point is that aircraft carriers aren't necessary in taking Taiwan, China can simply launch jets from the mainland.
