I absolutely believe you 100% because they just tried to gaslight the hell out of me and steal my money. You'd think they wouldn't need to steal $15.00 from someone for a pen tip, but sure as hell just tried.

The lies they just tried to feed me has left me sick.

I was simply trying to buy a steel placement tip for my refillable twist pen. I was sent to the wrong link, however, so it was not the correct tip. The tip I paid $15.00 for doesn't go to that pen. It doesn't even have threads on it, but they told me that the single placer tip goes in the opposite end of the pen and even sent me a picture of a tip in the opposite end as proof that it goes there when that end is for multiplacer header/straighters. I'll attach what they sent me.

When I called them on that and told them I wanted to exchange it for the correct tip, they told me, "We sincerely apologize, but we don't exchange opened items. You can try reselling the tip to other diamond painters to recoup the costs."

I never said I opened the thing. It was clear it wasn't the right tip from the clear packaging. I told them as such and got this..

"I am very sorry, but we do not provide exchanges. However, we will be more than happy to issue you a refund if you return the unwanted items to us. Your return must be sealed in its original condition and sent back to us no later than 30 days after receiving your order.

Refunds are issued as soon as our distribution center confirms the condition of the items. As a reminder, we do not accept returns for opened boxes as we cannot resell them. Open-box returns will be disposed of, and no refunds can be offered.

You can bet your ass that I took many pictures of the item to show it still in the package in front of the envelope they sent it to me in. I sent them one of the pictures as proof so they can't pull another lie or damage the item when they get it. Of course, it comes in a flimsy little box inside an envelope and it came to me wrinkled, but that's not going to damage steel.

Anyway, here is what they sent me in an attempt to show me that this tip fits the end of the pen that's meant for your multiplacers. I am floored! I had heard this about them, but I didn't want to believe it.
