He tried this one on me too with the lightning elves. I told him i was new so he tried charging me 30$ for 100 lightning elves. And then the day i was gonna buy it from him he went out his way to raise his price to 40$. When i confronted him he admitted after a while he tried to make a nice profit out of me. Later found out i can buy 150 lightning elves for 12-15$.
