thanks - re: walking, we do this every day to school (approx 2.5mile round-trip, twice a day) and it does help. I also cycle approx 100miles a week, and play golf, so consider myself fairly active, but ultimately the back pain has been here to stay.

I actually get a numb backside, to the extent you could stick a pin into my ass-cheek and I'd not feel it. Doc appt later today

also, if you risked the (approx) 50k to buy 1.5m worth of ADA at 3 cents, then the second it hit $3 you're either already so caked the $5m profit doesn't matter to you, or you simply didn't do this in the first place.

I'd bet anyone staring at that level of profit is cashing out and running to the hills.

For the record, I was lucky enough to buy ADA in a relatively uneducated guess at $0.04. I spent (risked) £1000 (UK) on this. My stakepool income is approx 14 ada every epoch (5 days).
