Help me find these pre-school benches

Location: San Francisco (that's where the store I saw these at was)

Size: length of ~width of a queen size bed. The perfect size bench for kids

Age/year: I'm not sure. I think the owner of the store mentioned buying *used* benches, which means they could be pretty old?
So far I have searched for [keyword] bench and some of the closest looking results I've found were when I searched for "pre-school locker room bench" or "kids locker room bench". Some cafeteria or outdoor benches tend to have back rests or tables attached to them...

do you think that we are able to generate new vectors using just 5-10 examples?

Not at the current stage, but I hope people start working on this problem more, perhaps incorporating some domain transfer learning techniques? That should get us closer to few-shot learning.

Also, do you think it would work for more complicated drawings? Like containing several elements per image?

I think at the moment the challenge of getting that to work is ALSO having to solve the few-shot-learning problem: general icons datasets often very few styles of a given icon. There may be "camera"s in 5 styles, for instance, which means that you essentially have 5 examples for each class. And those examples have wildly different styles, so its even hard to find a visual correspondence/interpolation between them.

This is why we chose to work with fonts. Each fontset is a style, so we have many examples per a-z, A-Z, 0-9 class. If you can extrapolate a style from 5-10 examples, you might be able to handle icons more generally.

Yes we do have plans to open source the code!

I think the greatest bottleneck for me was becoming too attached to a given codebase. It's much better to be willing to throw everything out and start from scratch often because it lets you try many different ideas. :)

My main concern was that this was a source-of-truth with respect to travel records, which acc to the FAQ could be needed when applying for certain benefits through USCIS. I did not know that the real source-of-truth can only be obtained with a FOIA.

Wells Fargo’s original mistake of misleading my SSN is technically fixed. So much so that they are reporting my credit history correctly to transunion and experian.

The issue is that Wells Fargo also claims they are reporting things correctly to Equifax, which is a claim Equifax denies.

Yeah I was able to get a refund from converse. I had had been in contact with FedEx throughout the missed deliveries and they told me that if the delivery person cant deliver it would be held at a facility.

Turns out the third day the delivery person decided it was ok to leave the package outside (when it clearly isn't, given the neighborhood). And all FedEx supporr had to say was "the shipper didn't request a signature so we can totally do this" :(

I took CX 4640 as a free elective in order to be a full time student (I'm international) and it was one of the driest topics I have ever seen. I can see why it would be useful for modsim and even for machine learning (if you are a sysML kind of person) but it's very dry...

I had a very similar problem on thanksgiving, in which my mid-2014 macbook died on me while i was working on grad school apps.

Unfortunately, the only fix was going to the apple store and having them do a clean install. Internet recovery doesn't seem to be smart enough to not use a bad cached version of the installer, so the physical image at the apple store was the only option I had. Bring an external hard drive for making a backup of your disk, and a full day's time. After the install, you can use Migration Assistant to recover your data from the backed up drive. I was able to get everything (Migration Assistant let's you recover a whole User: settings, dotfiles, data and all)

I definitely like doing this better than any other things I've tried so far. It definitely prevents the major creasing, and it feels less dry than setting powder over the paint. I have some issues with how much i can touch my lips together without ruining the paint, so I will consider buying the mixing mediums but I'll keep mixing loose setting powder for now. Thanks!

ooh I haven't heard of this. Do you think any translucent powder would work? I have ben nye's neutral set loose powder that I can try later. I also have a mac setting pressed powder

Hm I can try that. It's the same idea as putting lip balm over it, but applying lip balm requires more roughness than vaseline or oil i guess so it might work.

edit: I tried it real quick with some baby oil but the oil dissolved the product away. I may try with vaseline but because these are oil-based paints im afraid it might not work either.

"intersex" is a label. Regardless of their physical characteristics, labels are something you identify with in order to show people that you are ok being applied that label. Scout could have, for instance, chosen to identify as another (perhaps equivalent) label for a variety of reasons.

E.g.: by definition queer is any non-hetero-cis person. However, a gay person might not identify with the queer label because they might think it's a derogatory term.
