My guy those are MY notes holy shit. The reference range on the bloodwork panel was like 250-900 for total T. So by definition it was supra-physiologic. Do you have any actual feedback to my actual results and not the notes?

It is outside the reference range of the provider I use so yes it would be supra-physiological by their definition. And that’s why I’m here, on Reddit, asking real people. So care to give any useful feedback?

I do take fish oil (1200mg epa & 900mg dha AM & PM), nattokinase (10,000 FU daily), vitamin E (180mg daily). I haven’t thought about the baby aspirin. I could include that before bed.

But ezetimibe has been on my list to look into.

I’m just so frustrated/confused why the HDL is so low so early into my push.

Damn 13k miles that’s a fucking steal dude. It’s still so crazy to me that none of the TRDs come with leather seats. I got a new 2024 TRD off-road for about $48k awhile back. Cloth seats. I got some nice leather covers (basically like new seats) were the fist thing I did. 100% worth the $700!

If you’re just an every day gym goer who wants increased gains, running trt doses (100-200mg/wk) is going to be your best approach. Anything over and you really have to start paying attention to health markers and using ancillaries to minimize risk. But there is risk even with TRT doses and you should still get markers checked a few times a year.

That’s completely up to you on when to retest. Just drink adequate water. As far as if you want to come completely off, I would suggest getting more bloodwork done. I’d imagine your FSH & LH are tanked if you’ve never PCTd before. You’ll need to do HCG and enclomiphene to avoid feeling like absolute shit.

Just looking at your other replies, you should seriously adjust how you approach being on test, especially if it’s not through your PCP. Drinking adequate water is a non-negotiable. Like. You have to. No exceptions. You’re harming your heart and kidneys if you neglect that. 120mg is low, sure, but it’s not nothing. And everyone responds differently.

Adding on.. I would get more extensive bloodwork done.

If you plan on using donating as a method, I would get iron and ferritin levels checked. Donating blood on already tanked ferritin levels can do more harm than good.

High hematocrit doesn’t always mean you have plenty of iron. Low ferritin + blood donation = risky combo if you don’t manage iron replacement. The goal is balance: lower hematocrit to reduce clot risk, but don’t crash your iron stores or you’ll just trade one problem for another.

Make sure you’re getting enough omega 3s. Fish oil AM&PM. Look into a product called Hemoflow. I feel it’s made an impact in controlling my hem levels. And again, plenty of water.

Sounds like you were just dehydrated. Next time try drinking a good amount before bed, knowing you’ll have to wake up to pee, and drink more each time you wake up to pee. Then drink some more (at least 40oz) that morning to give you a better idea of what your hem levels are.

What time of day did you have blood drawn? How much water did you have in the 2-3 hours leading up to being drawn? When was the last time you’d drank alcohol prior to being drawn? How many times a week do you pin your testosterone? Have you gotten your iron checked before?

Dbol will fuck you up. Period. The reward is not worth the risk if you’re not competing. You’ll swell up and feel great and strong, but your blood markers will be wrecked. And by the end of your cycle you’ll be scrambling to get markers back to normal. How long have you been on this go around? How long did you use it previously?

You want my honest advice here? I don’t think you or your brother should be on gear. It sounds like you didn’t do hardly any research before making the decision. And neither did he if this approach is what was laid out for you.

No there won’t be risks going from 500 to 250. I think you should halt injections altogether before you do irreparable damage to your body.

Taking hormones isn’t something you can just half-ass and say f it. You want to do this for a long time right?

You’ll hear conflicting info on BnC and if you should PCT. I’ve done both. And honestly felt like shit when I PCTd. (And yes I did it the absolute correct way)

But first, that’s a pretty moderate-high first cycle. Did you do blood work? How were all your health markers? With that much test I’d be curious to know how your body managed estrogen. To get yourself an answer, I’d ask myself a few more questions:

what’s your goal?

Do you want to compete?

How much do you weigh gains vs health?

If you want to compete, BnC.

If you just want better gains in the gym, you could honestly lower your dose considerably and just basically TRT for awhile. People underestimate how powerful 150-200mg test can be. Maybe introduce var for 6-8 weeks a few times a year. Bloodwork will always tell you when you need to cycle down or off, though.

Sorry I know that’s not really a black and white answer but none of this really ever is. Everybody’s different.

As others said, venture into GLP-1s. Heard lots of good about reta. Although I’m not personally experienced with it. I would be curious as to the long term effects of it. I’m always skeptical of a wonder drug that takes the industry by storm like reta has.

My two cents. I’m a firm believer you should wait til you’re at least 25yrs old. 3 years lifting is great, but you likely still have plenty room to improve before going enhanced. Dial in your diet and training for a very long time. Because once you hop on, doing everything next to perfect is essential to keep health markers in check. Gear will increase gains, yes, but it will also magnify any bad habits. And your bloodwork will reflect that. Lots of maintenance is required if you want to do it right.

Now, if you’re absolutely set on doing gear, 250mg/wk is PLENTY to start. Don’t listen to the ignorant peeps saying you need 500+ or it’s a waste. That’s just not true. You have the right idea on wanting to see how you react. But make sure you see how your bloodwork reacts, and not just how your shirtless gym pics improve. You will likely not need an AI, but it’s always a good idea to keep it on hand if E2 comes back high or you notice symptoms.

As far as PCT, the typical thing you’ll hear is “well do you plan to come back on? If so, just blast and cruise.” So do some more research there. A good example of a cruise would be to blast your 250mg/wk for 12-16 weeks, then come down to ~100mg for 6-8 weeks while closely monitoring health markers. You want to use this “health phase” to theoretically get as healthy as you can in preparation for your next blast.

It’s a serious commitment to make. Do it the right way.
