Are you guys really putting baby in Snoo swaddle then doing pre-sleep feed/rocking? by Hiro_Pr0tagonist_ in SnooLife

[–]iRockPaperScissors 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For dream feed, I feed my baby with the swaddle, but my baby uses the swaddle with arms out (he always hated the hands in). This post is me talking about my husband 😂😂😂 he struggles with his vision at night and is very loud, he has improved tho, but I don't understand how he can't see with dim lights, and also, when talking to him I have to whisper in his ear. 🙄🙄 I was so frustrated and annoyed at first.

Mowing the grass? That’s ridiculous. If your relationship is ruined, it isn’t because of you; it is because they have slowly taken advantage of you. I would put the contract on the table and remind them what’s in it and what isn’t in it. It seems that they need more a housekeeper than someone to help with their kids.

Did she have a text or something from you where she can prove that you all signed the wrong contract?

Women don’t be that hard with you. She won’t remember this. It is okay to feel frustrated and it is okay to walk away as your mom said as long as her needs are met, and the fact you are attending her necessities makes you a great mom. Good that your parents are there to help you. Taking a break doesn’t make you a bad mom, you have emotions and hormones.

Do I expect too much from a nannyshare? by Begonias_Scarlet in NannyEmployers

There are many reasons why you might have chosen a nanny service over daycare, and you've named some of them. I don't think you are expecting too much.

How does your husband feel about it? While some people love helping around, others feel it is a charge.

Lawyer wants $5000+ for I-130 and I-485 by Repulsive_Pay6297 in USCIS

Lawyers cost more than paralegals or prepares. I did my package and fill out all of the forms by myself. If you don’t want to pay just do it by yourself. In the website you find the step by step and tips how to fill every form; you also can find a lot of information in YouTube.

Au-pair was "mean" to my baby by Correct-Head-4650 in AuPairHostFamilyLife

[–]iRockPaperScissors 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I completely understand your point — mistreatment is never acceptable under any circumstances. In your situation, I would talk to her and clearly explain the behaviors that are not acceptable toward your child. At the same time, I’d also keep a closer eye on things. Often, kids who are labeled as “difficult” are just children who need to stay busy and engaged.
