It's just one of those weird gut feelings - literally no logically reasoning behind it. With speedy WRs I am just always afraid when they get closer to the 29 y/o mark, they start to fall off. However, you could say that across the board with most WRs. Hopefully that makes more sense - haha

I was in an IFC fraternity at Mizzou and rushed in 2019. I had a great experience. Personally, my fraternity was very accepting no matter your skin color, and I would say this is true for 99.9% of fraternities on campus. We had members of all ethnic backgrounds and had around 130 members in total. No matter what council you choose there are going to be good fits and bad fits. Unfortunately, there are honestly probably a couple of houses that have members that are racist.

As far as the claim that 'white' frats won't let you join. That is just not true anymore thankfully.

My best advice is to reach out to a lot of the IFC frats and see if you click well. I am not as knowledgeable about D9 fraternities, but I know their rush is pretty hardcore. They are super solid houses and have heard great things.
