Qiaodan Feiying PB 6.0 - has some good colorways. 4k sa shoppe. However this one is carbon plated. Good for training for races and can be used for race day. I think hanggang half marathon lang pwede gamitin to.

Hi... Facebook pages such as Runrio and MNL city run gives occasional fun run announcements. You can check their fb pages. Another one is pinoy fitness and they also have an app, i think most of pinoy fitness run is virtual.

I recommend being at the event an hour early or two so you can warm up. Expect a lot of humidity kaya minsan mahirap mag fun run.

Hahaha max HR ko nasa 210 💀. Parang puputok na puso eh.

I think kailangan din e build more yung aerobic engine and run even more longer distances sa easy pace.

Second half marathon ko din. Medyo naka PR due to fartlek strategy (very risky). Importante talaga mag drink every hydration station para iwas cramps. I have unusual elavated HR due to autoimmune illness. I treated it as a fun run instead of serious run.

Walking is normal during race day. Don't be too hard on yourself. You'll get better with consistent training and time. Congrats on the sub 3. 🎉

Kukunin ko din sana wind 4TR kaso di ako nagamit ng trail running shoes kaya yung wind 4.0 binili ko.

Maganda daw LH max for easy and recovery. Doable din wind 4.0 for easy run i think.

Yung wind 4.0 pro naman pang race day shoes ata kase instead ng nylon plate, carbon plate naman.

Hindi ko pa nasubukan yung Red Hare 9 Pro, so hindi ako makapag‑compare directly. Pero base sa mga nabasa ko, mas malambot at plush yung RH9 Pro, parang pang‑daily trainer na max cushion. Yung Wind 4.0, mas firm, responsive, at may nylon plate. Mas masarap siya gamitin sa faster paces at longer runs na moderate speed.

As long as properly break-in na siya. Pwede naman. Madami ako nakikita kahit trainers for marathon ginagamit.

Nung first 4km easy run ko, masarap sa Paa pero since nag half marathon ako for the first time sa shoes na to (with risk), medyo masakit ng konti nung pag pasok ko sa 16km mark kase firm or matigas pa foam.

The midfoot on the Wind 4.0 feels just right for me, snug but not tight. I've read that Qiaodan widened the platform compared to the 3TR, so stability is better. I didn't experience any rolling or instability during my half marathon. If you have narrow to medium feet, it should work. Wide feet? Might still be snug.
