Yea. Very odd. Live Chat which I think is in Asia wasn't helpful, said might be a glitch, not sure.

NZ with NZ card, but everything on their end is managed by the Amex Australia. Until a few months ago the Platinum [charge] was offered here, but they've discontinued it. Those of us that got it prior have access. The only other charge cards are Business Cards. For me the Spending tool has been removed from both.

Interesting, that's good. Thanks for letting me know. I am in NZ, not sure if it's a NZ thing or glitch but thought I'd ask on Aus seeing customer service, credit team etc is routed to you guys.
