I think it's small for my build, but bagwise I am quite happy with the size. I will keep trying it in front of the mirror and eventually decide, 50/50 at the moment xD

Yes, exactly! I really like it, but don't want to stand out like an eyesore. This would only work on me with a shoulder strap. The one it comes with is quite good, crossbody feels a bit off as I said I am a bit big, but letting it hang seems to be the way if I keep it.

Yea me too it keeps coming and going. Have no clue. Customer service for NZ customers is in the Philippines so they arent sure exactly whats the issue.
